Building our way‚

Dealing with us is simple and straight forward. Once you select your land and house plan, we will give you a single, all inclusive price for the project. Put down a deposit, do the paper work and the project will begin.

As each stage of the building project is successfully completed, you will personally inspect the property. If you're satisfied with the work done, you pay for that stage , and only that stage - of the project. At every stage you will be asked to give your approval of the work before you pay and before the next stage starts. After your final inspection, we hand the keys of your spanking new home over to you, it couldn't be simpler!
